As a passionate product leader, I thrive at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and team empowerment. With over a decade of experience in the media and travel industries, I’ve led high-impact product teams responsible for tools and platforms that serve hundreds of millions of users worldwide. My expertise spans customer-facing applications, internal tooling, and partner platforms, including my current role as Product Director at Booking.com, where I oversee the Car Rental Platform Family.
I’ve built and scaled product organizations, notably establishing a new Product Management function for the Financial Times in Sofia, Bulgaria, as part of a Build, Operate, and Transfer (BOT) strategy. I am skilled at rallying teams around a vision, uncovering opportunities, and delivering products that drive tangible value under tight constraints.
An advocate of continuous self-improvement, I enjoy tinkering with code, exploring innovative solutions, and honing my leadership skills. Outside of work, I cherish time with my family in Chester, play golf, and channel my curiosity into new ways to grow and inspire others. My relentless optimism and belief in learning from every challenge ensure I’m always striving to create products and experiences that make a positive impact.
